At Australian Billiard Tables we specialise in the manufacture and wholesale of craftsman made billiard tables. We are the distributor and agents for many major suppliers.

We are an established business with our tradesmen having over 25 years experience in the manufacture of billiard tables supplying the domestic, hotel and club market at manufacturer's prices.

Our services extend to the supply of billiard accessories, maintenance contracts, recovering, assembling and delivery. We wholesale direct to the public, having one of the most comprehensive ranges available.

Trade-ins, lease arrangements and profit share are also available. We accept most major credit cards and finance can be arranged. Terms and conditions

Lay-by sales

There is an agreement between a customer and Australian Billiards on the sale of goods, where the purchase price is paid over a fixed period with regular installments.

  • deposit required is 10% of purchase price (minimum $25.00)
  • payments are to be made fortnightly
  • tax invoices will be provided for each payment
  • a cancellation of lay-by must be in writing
  • there is a cancellation fee of $25.00 or 10% of the purchase price, which ever is highest unless a special order has been made at the customers request.
  • TasBilliards has the authority to cancel agreements if the customer has breached the terms of the lay-by.
  • The customer will be given a copy of the agreement

Refunds

Australian Billiards will give refunds in the following situations.

  • faulty or damged goods
  • unfit for purpose
  • does not agree with description
  • does not comply with sample shown

Australian Billiards will not refund in the following situations.

  • the customer changes their mind
  • found it cheaper elsewhere
  • decided it was too expensive
  • knew about fault before purchase
  • the customer was responsible for the fault

Table orders

There is an agreement between a customer and Australian Billiards on the sale of goods that are of a special order: i.e. table size, colour or not current floor stock.

The deposit to be paid is 20% and Australian Billiards reserves the right to seek progressive costs incurred should the customer cancel the order. If the costs are less than the deposit the customer will be refunded the balance, if the costs are greater than the deposit costs will be sought from the customer.
